Volite in Bangalore

Volite is a hyaluronic acid skin-conditioning injectable delivered as many small micro-injections across an area. It is not a filler in the usual sense — it does not add contour or volume. It works on hydration, smoothness and fine surface lines.

Is this you?

My skin feels tight and dehydrated no matter how much moisturiser I use.
Fine lines around my eyes show up in every photograph.

What it does for you

Deep, lasting hydration

Hyaluronic acid placed within the skin holds water where a topical moisturiser cannot reach, which is why the effect lasts months rather than hours.

Softens fine surface lines

Better-hydrated skin creases less. The fine lines around the eyes are the most commonly treated area for exactly this reason.

Improves texture and light reflection

Patients typically describe skin that looks brighter and smoother rather than fuller — this treatment changes surface quality, not shape.

Works beyond the face

The neck, décolletage and the backs of the hands all show dehydration early and all respond to the same approach.

Suits dry, oily and combination skin

Oiliness and dehydration are different things, and oily skin can be dehydrated too. The treatment is not restricted by skin type.

How the treatment works

1

Skin consultation

The doctor establishes whether your concern is hydration and texture, which this addresses, or volume loss, which it does not.

2

Numbing

Anaesthetic cream is applied to the treatment areas and left on for 30 to 45 minutes.

3

Micro-injections

The area is marked and treated as a grid of small injections so the hyaluronic acid is distributed evenly across the whole area rather than concentrated at a point.

4

Aftercare and review

Written aftercare is provided. The result peaks at around 10 to 14 days and is reviewed then, with routine repeat treatments planned every six to nine months.

Side effects, honestly

Most patients experience none of these. Some patients, in rare cases, may notice the following — listed because you deserve the full picture before you decide.

Redness, small bumps and swelling

Expected at the injection points and typically settles within 24 to 48 hours.

Bruising and tenderness

Possible, particularly around the eyes, and generally resolves over a few days to a couple of weeks.

Not suitable for everyone

Not advised during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active infection at or near the site, or where there is known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid.

About this treatment

Volite is easiest to place mentally against two neighbours: a filler changes shape, and a wrinkle relaxer changes movement. This one changes the quality of the skin itself, which is why the result reads as "your skin looks well" rather than as anything having been done.

Questions patients ask

When will I see results, and how long do they last?
The effect typically peaks around 10 to 14 days after treatment, with improvement continuing over the first month. Results commonly last in the region of six to nine months.
How is Volite different from a dermal filler?
A filler is placed at specific points to add volume or contour. Volite is spread across an area as many micro-injections to improve hydration and texture. It is a skin-quality treatment, not a shaping one.
How many sessions do I need?
Most patients have a single treatment and then repeat it roughly every six to nine months to maintain the effect. Your doctor confirms the interval based on how your skin responds.
Is there downtime?
Slight redness, small bumps and mild swelling are normal on the day and the day after. Most patients are back to normal quickly, avoiding strenuous activity for 72 hours.
Does it hurt?
Anaesthetic cream is applied for 30 to 45 minutes beforehand, and most patients find the micro-injections tolerable rather than painful.
Can it be used somewhere other than my face?
Yes. The neck, décolletage and the backs of the hands are commonly treated, as they show dehydration and fine crepiness early.
