How we started
Dr. Nancy had spent years watching good treatments fail for bad reasons — no diagnosis, no documentation, no follow-up. Alankar, an IIT engineer, had spent his building systems that make outcomes repeatable. The Aesthetic Edge is what happened when the two problems were solved together.
Today both co-founders still sit in the clinic. Every treatment plan is signed off by a doctor, every session is photographed before and after, and every patient record lives in one place instead of a paper file.
