PRP vs GFC for Hair Loss: Which One Should You Choose?
Both use your own blood. Both aim to wake up weak follicles. The difference is what gets injected — and that difference decides who each one suits.
Choose PRP if
Your hair loss is early-stage, your budget matters, and you can commit to a maintenance session every few months.
Choose GFC if
Your thinning is more advanced, you want fewer sessions, or PRP has already given you a partial result.

Questions patients ask
Is GFC just a more expensive PRP?
No. GFC is a concentrated, purified growth factor preparation, so the yield per session is higher and more consistent than standard PRP.
Can I switch from PRP to GFC mid-course?
Yes, and some patients do exactly that after a partial PRP response. The doctor will review your photos before recommending it.
Do either of them work for complete baldness?
No. Both need living follicles to stimulate. If the area is fully bald, we will tell you honestly and discuss other options.
How long do the results last?
With maintenance sessions and the prescribed support routine, results hold well. Without maintenance, hair loss resumes its natural course.
