When you contact us or book a consultation, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, preferred clinic, and anything you tell us about your concern. If you become a patient, clinical records — such as your date of birth, address and relevant health information — are maintained as part of your treatment record. Payments made at the clinic are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your card details on this website.

Like most websites, we also receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type, and we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.

Details submitted through our enquiry and appointment forms — your name, phone number, preferred clinic, your answers to any questions the form asks, and the campaign parameters that brought you to the page (such as which advertisement you clicked) — are forwarded securely to our patient-management system so our front desk can call you back and the clinic can understand which of its services people are looking for. This information is used to contact you about your consultation and for no other purpose.

To schedule and confirm appointments, to respond to your enquiries, to send you service updates you have asked for, and to improve our services by analysing overall trends. If we send promotional communication, you can opt out at any time.

We will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to operate — such as our patient-management, scheduling and communication systems — and only to the extent required to serve you.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information: sensitive data is transmitted encrypted, and records are held on secured systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we treat medical information with the seriousness it deserves.
