Small raised areas at those injection points are the mechanical consequence of the technique, not a reaction to the product.

Weighing it up
The effects are short-lived and the treatment is non-surgical, but "minor" is not the same as "nothing". Ask what proportion of the clinic's patients get visible bumps and for how long — that is the practical question if you have something in your diary that week.
