Is the salmon sperm facial safe?

First, the name

Nothing about the treatment involves sperm. The name is marketing shorthand that stuck, and it is the single biggest barrier to people evaluating this treatment sensibly.

What is injected is polynucleotides (PDRN) — purified fragments of DNA derived from salmon, processed to remove proteins and other biological material. The substance in the syringe is a highly purified pharmaceutical-grade product.
