How many exosome sessions do you need for hair?

The typical course

Three to four sessions, around four weeks apart. That is roughly three to four months of treatment.

Why it is not a fixed package

The plan is reviewed at the three-month mark against your baseline photographs and adjusted from there. A course quoted as a fixed number before anyone has assessed your scalp is a package rather than a plan.

What can be judged, and when

• Reduced shedding: usually the first change patients notice, and it arrives well before anything is visible in a mirror.
• Visible density: months, because hair grows roughly a centimetre a month regardless of what the follicle is signalled with.

That growth rate is why comparison photographs are taken at three months, and why no clinic can honestly promise a visible difference in 30 days — the treatment page states this outright.

The candidacy question that comes first

Regrowth cannot be promised at all where too little active follicle remains, and your doctor should say so at assessment rather than starting a course.

If part of your scalp has been bare for years, the honest plan may cover less area than you were hoping — and that is a conversation to have before session one.

How it compares on session count

PRP is typically monthly over three to five months; QR678 is around five sessions roughly three weeks apart. Exosome courses sit in a similar range. The choice between them is made on your scalp and your preferences at consultation, not on which has the shortest course.

The genuine differences are that exosome preparations involve no blood draw and reach a higher concentration of signalling molecules, while PRP and GFC have a longer track record.
