Why the bumps happen, and why they are expected

SKINVIVE is a hyaluronic acid microdroplet injectable — a smooth gel placed as a series of small, evenly spaced injections through the skin, rather than as a filler deposited at one point.

Small raised areas at those points are the mechanical consequence of that technique. It is what the treatment is, not a reaction to it. Knowing that in advance is the difference between an expected result and an alarming mirror.
