What it costs here

Eyebrow microblading starts at ₹8,999 per session at The Aesthetic Edge, the same at both clinics. A consultation is ₹500, waived against treatment.

As with lip blush, budget for two appointments rather than one. The first session maps and creates the brow; a touch-up once the skin has healed is where strokes that did not hold are replaced and the shape is finalised. Brows judged before that point are not finished brows.

What actually drives the price

The artist's hand. Microblading is drawing individual hair strokes into skin, one at a time, in a pattern that has to suit your face and your natural growth. There is no machine doing this for you. Experience is the largest part of any honest price difference.

Whether it is supervised. Broken skin, pigment and a needle near the eye is a medical setting question, not an aesthetic one. Single-use blades, a proper patch test and someone qualified to stop the session are what a clinic price includes.

Your skin type. Oily skin holds crisp hair strokes poorly — they blur over time. A good practitioner will tell you that upfront and may recommend ombré or a combination technique instead, which is a different amount of work.

Whether the touch-up is in the quote. The most common gap between a low advertised price and what you end up paying.

Cheap microblading is expensive

This is the one treatment where the failure mode is genuinely costly. Badly placed strokes, the wrong shape, or a pigment that heals blue-grey do not just fade away — correcting them means laser removal over several sessions before anyone can start again. Removal typically costs more than the original work.

Ask to see healed brows, not fresh ones. Ask about your specific skin type. Ask what the touch-up costs.
