How much does Botox cost in Bangalore?

The number that matters is not the rate

Botox at The Aesthetic Edge starts at ₹299 per unit. That is a genuine figure, and on its own it is close to meaningless — which is exactly why it is worth explaining rather than just publishing.

Botulinum toxin is dosed in units. A treatment is a number of units placed across specific muscles. So the arithmetic that decides your bill is:

rate per unit × units your treatment needs

The rate is the small variable. The unit count is the large one.

Why the unit count varies so much

• The area. Frown lines between the brows, forehead lines, crow's feet and a masseter (jaw-slimming) treatment are very different quantities. Masseter work uses substantially more than a single expression line.
• Your muscle strength. Stronger muscles need more to relax. This is why two people having "the same" treatment can be quoted differently, and it is not a markup.
• Whether it is a first treatment or a top-up.
• What you actually want. Softening a line and freezing it are different doses, and the first is what most patients ask for once it is explained.

This is why we do not publish a flat "Botox price". The honest number comes after a doctor has looked at your face and told you the dose.

How to read other clinics' pricing

Three formats are common and they are not comparable:

Per unit, like ours — transparent, but you cannot total it until someone tells you the unit count. Always ask for the estimated units.

Per area, e.g. "forehead ₹X" — convenient, but ask how many units that includes, because a low per-area price with a low unit count can underdose you into a result that fades in six weeks.

Package deals across multiple areas — ask the same question.

The question that makes all three comparable: how many units, and of which product?

The other thing worth asking

Which product is being used, and whether the vial is opened in front of you. Botulinum toxin is a prescription medicine; it should be administered by a doctor, from a sealed original. Price differences between clinics sometimes reflect product and dosing rather than margin.

What we do not publish

A course or treatment total. The site quotes what one unit costs; the consultation quotes your plan, in full, before anything is booked. The consultation is ₹500 and is waived against treatment.
